Some days when colorless clouds cross the sky

And desperate people run to a protective place

Because some unwanted people threaten their lives

Country by country fall to this elusive race

Let us run and let us fly

We secret people can do it all

Clouds of dust drop rains that cry

Helpless to the forecasters call

And when that rain does reach the earth

Flooding rivers that flow towards death

Then shall the new that come to birth

Take and use our last needed breath

Shall we allow them to live or die

And take the consequences that come

With strange seductive secrets that lie

A final refuge to that which we run

It's hopeless to find nowhere to go

When so many places are safe no more

Can we find safety in valleys so low

None can protect our secret of war

For now we live a lie

That has no meaning at all

So now we must all die

And let our kingdom fall

Into isolation fruitless at our will

Decaying bodies lay wasted to dust

We have lost and they must kill

What now is left to rust

Some story told to those who cry

And wonderment across the sea

Strange follower that will not die

That has the will and power to see
